  • We provide a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet.

    We accept VISA and MasterCard

    Your credit card details are stored, protected and digitally encrypted using 40-bit minimum to 256-bit encryption SSL Certificate.

    Our online merchant account is hosted by eWAY Payment Gateway. eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet.

    Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.

    Your credit card number cannot be viewed by Metropak or any outside party.

    Transaction data is encrypted for storage within eWAY’s bank-grade data centre, for further protection.

    eWAY is an authorised third party processor for all the major Australian banks.

    eWAY at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by Metropak.

  • Where stock is immediately available all orders placed will be shipped same or next business day.

    If your order is delayed, we will notify you upon receipt of your order.

    Brisbane, Central Coast NSW, Coffs Harbour, Newcastle, Orange, Tamworth & Wollongong 2-3 Business Days from dispatch
    Darwin, Gold Coast, Hobart, Launceston,Mackay, Perth, Sunshine Coast, Townsville Other regional areas 3-7 Business Days from dispatch

    *Once your order has been dispatched we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times.

    *Goods will be delivered on business days.

    *No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.

    *We do not deliver internationally

  • Delivery costs on orders are based on size and weight of the consignment.

    The cost is calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

  • Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will be emailed a tracking number for your consignment.

    Pick up from our Melbourne warehouse is also an option.

    Choose “Local Pick Up” as the delivery option at Checkout

  • We do not ship to PO boxes and highly recommend using a business address for all deliveries.

    However, if you are unable to do so, by proceeding with your order, you are agreeing that your parcel will have an automatic authority to leave if your premises are unattended.

    You can provide additional delivery instructions such as 'leave on front door step' or 'leave at backdoor under carport'.

    Please note that our freight provider is unable to contact you prior to delivery or deliver at a specific time.

    Metropak accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage, which may result from an Authority to Leave delivery.

    It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering.

    If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

    We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, which may be delayed or lost in transit.

    If you are not available to accept delivery and have not given an authority to leave there may be a second or subsequent delivery charge/s which the receiver is responsible to pay.

    The receiver is responsible for further delivery charges from our freight forwarder.

  • We take pride in our reputation for quality and if for any reason you are dissatisfied we will assist you with an exchange or an online credit note.

    We do not refund unless your packaging has a fault.

    We do not refund for change of mind or customised orders.

    If there is a quality issue with your order contact Metropak by phone or email within 7 days of receiving goods for a Return Authority Form

    Goods must be returned with the RA and a copy of original invoice.

    Please keep the appropriate proof of return otherwise if the returned item goes missing we will deem the item not returned.

    All refunds for orders placed at metropak.com.au are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased.

  • We realize the importance of sizing your product in packaging and checking the quality of the packaging before you buy. For this reason we are happy to provide samples.

    Due to both increased demand and freight cost we charge for most samples and postage.

    We do not offer multiple samples of the one item.

    During certain busy times of the year sample picking and delivery may be delayed. Send your sample requests to: sales@metropak.com.au

    * Samples are not available in every colour.

    * A swatch of the requested colour may be posted along with a sample box in either kraft, white or black.
