TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

• Minimum order of $150 including GST applies

• Minimum postage & handling fee of $11 including GST applies

• Orders are sent out Australia wide by our freight handler unless otherwise organised

• Orders may be placed by fax, email or phone

• On faxed and emailed orders, the following details must be supplied: Business Name, ABN, Contact Name, Delivery Address (no PO Boxes for deliveries accepted, Mailing Address, Phone, Fax, Email

• Non-account customers must pre-pay: Credit Cards Accepted, Direct Deposit or Cheque

• Orders will be processed upon receipt of cheque, faxed copy of Direct Deposit confirmation or credit card details.

• Orders should be checked immediately upon receipt and any errors/damages should be reported within 2 business days

• Returns must be made within 2 weeks of receiving order

• Pre-approval is required for credit or refunds on returns

• For returns/damage claims, all original packaging must accompany item returned

• There will be no refund on postage & handling charges
