Order products or send your enquiries to us and we will reply during office hours. Email us at sales@metropak.com.au
All orders placed via the shopping cart will be processed and emailed or faxed as a pro forma invoice for payment prior to shipping.

Payment
We accept VISA, MasterCard (2% surcharge applies) or EFT payments.
Melbourne Showroom pick up - COD payment accepted.

Freight
We offer free shipping on Melbourne orders over $150 (excluding GST) within a 25km radius of the CBD. All other Melbourne and interstate orders will be charged per consignment by size and weight. Freight costs will be quoted upon request.

Can I pick up?
Pick up is available for Melbourne orders, please advise our sales staff when placing your order.

How long will it take to dispatch my order?
Orders are generally dispatched from our warehouse within 24-72 hours from receipt of order.
If your order will be delayed for any reason, we will notify you upon receipt of your order.
For urgent orders, please contact us directly.

What delivery address should I use?
We do not ship to PO boxes and highly recommend using a business address for all deliveries. However, if you are unable to do so, by proceeding with your order, you are agreeing that your parcel will have an automatic authority to leave if your premises are unattended. You can provide additional delivery instructions such as 'leave on front door step' or 'leave at backdoor under carport'.
Please note that our courier is unable to contact you prior to delivery or deliver at a specific time.
Metropak accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage which may result from an Authority to Leave delivery.

Returns
Contact us within 7 days of receiving goods if there is a problem with your order.
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authority Form issued by Metropak.
There are no returns on custom orders or, by law, on any food items.
